Initiate Your Request
Log into your BKC-Global account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
